Magic and wonder, hopeful dreams, fairy godmothers, happy endings; these are why (almost) everyone loves fairy tales and magic stories. Recently I was listening to a song and realized it was based off a fairy tale. This got me thinking of other songs with references to fairy tales. The song that got me thinking about all of this is Brick by Boring Brick by Paramore. Other songs are a little more blunt:

2.Fairy Tale by Sara Bareilles,
3. Nolita Fairytale by Vanessa Carlton, and
4. Ever Ever After by Carrie Underwood.
I guess it's just interesting how obsessed humans are in a magical happy ending to life.
